Ticket Approvals

The “Ticket Approvals” section is used to view Ticket Approvals in tickets. Here you can observe the approval status, the date of approval, identify the persons responsible for approval, track the numbers and subjects of tickets, as well as their creation and possible completion dates. This feature is essential for processes that require verification or authorization by specific individuals or groups before proceeding further with tickets.
