Work log
The work log is used to record and monitor the time spent on individual tasks and tickets by employees or groups. It is an activity tracking tool that helps in time management, resource allocation and performance evaluation. It also enables accurate time accounting, which is important for customer billing, internal billing, and productivity analysis.

In the work log interface, there is a table with individual columns:

5 | Creation time - The date and time the log entry was created. |
6 | Start of work - The time when work on the ticket began. |
7 | Work time - The number of hours spent on the task. |
8 | Description - A brief description of the task performed. |
9 | Type of entry - Category of working time, for example, “On-call” or “Overtime”. |
