Absences
The Absences section of the Oxari system is used to manage and record any periods when employees are absent from work. It allows you to document different types of absences, such as business trips, sick leave, vacations or other reasons for exclusion from work. The substitute option allows you to automatically assign engineers to cover absences of other Servicedesk users.
New absence
To add an absence, go to User Management > Absences, and then click the "New Absence" button.

Filling
Next, the "New Absence" window contains items:
1 | Absence type - A field for selecting an absence category, it contains predefined absences such as ("Business trip", "Sick leave", "Leave" and "Other"). To define your own absence types: Go > |
2 | Person - Name of the employee who will be absent, in this case "Admin Admin(admin)". |
3 | Range or All Day - options for selecting an absence range. |
4 | Start and End - Exact dates and times of the start and end of the absence. Visible when selecting Range. |
5 | Date - The exact date of absence. Visible when selecting All day. |
6 | Substitute - The ability to select a person to replace an absent employee. |
7 | Comment - Space for additional information regarding the absence. |
Fill in the desired fields and click the "Save" button.

The absence has been added to the list.

Editing/Deleting
To edit or delete absences, go to User Management > Absences. Hover over the desired absence. The edit/delete buttons will appear.
